- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety of crane equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to coordinate crane installations, upgrades, and modifications.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal staff on crane operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in crane engineering, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of crane systems, including overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, and hoists.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., LOLER, PUWER, ANSI, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
