    Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Crane Engineer to join our team in South England. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of crane systems for our clients.     Responsibilities:

    • Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of crane systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to coordinate crane installations, upgrades, and modifications.
    • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal staff on crane operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
    • Maintain accurate records of service activities, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in crane engineering, maintenance, or a similar role.
    • Knowledge of crane systems, including overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, and hoists.
    • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
    • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., LOLER, PUWER, ANSI, etc.).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
