Location: London

Full time / Hybrid 3 days a week

Salary: £58k - £60k

Role: Business Analyst

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analysing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Track and report data
• Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
• Manage budgets
• Propose and agree with management key business performance trackers and timings
• Maintain a competitive market knowledge
• Liaise with all internal stakeholders including Commercial Director

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Beauty Industry and Retail (including category Management) experience
• Thorough understanding of sales performance, ROIs, and business P&L requirements
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
