We are currently seeking a Junior Chef to join our clients dynamic team and embark on an exciting culinary journey.

As a Junior Chef, you will have the opportunity to work alongside acclaimed Michelin and Rosetted chefs in a wide and varied role.

From crafting exquisite dishes for our fine dining menus to preparing meals for the canteen and catering events, this role offers a unique blend of experiences that will challenge and inspire you to grow as a chef.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior chefs in the preparation and execution of culinary offerings across various dining formats, including fine dining, canteen service, college fellow meals, and street food events.

Contribute creative ideas and insights to menu development and dish creation, under the guidance of experienced chefs. Ensure adherence to high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in all culinary operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during service hours. Embrace opportunities for learning and skill development, actively seeking mentorship and guidance from senior team members.


Requirements:
Previous experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen environment. A strong culinary background with a demonstrated passion for food and cooking. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and professional development.
