The Best Connection is working with our client based in Washington. They are a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive products. Due to an increase in business, they now require an Inside Sales Associate to help with the workload.
Create shipping note for warehouse team and control shipment to fulfilment
Process sales invoices
Obtain orders and forecast from customers to control inventory.
Maintain and utilize internal inventory management system.
Control shipping from suppliers, importing documents, inbound shipments and arrange receiving products with carrier and warehouse department
Supporting new business development of sales department internally
Create reports relating to sales and inside sales department to monitor KPI's
Involvement with new business launch up projects and EOP
Office Admin tasks including dealing with calls and email from customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments
Driving licence
Experience of international trading
Language skills in French for business communication would be desirable
40 per hour flat rate
