We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual looking to really
progress in finance based in
Kettering in a rapidly growing business.


THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Cashflow Forecasting
  • Processing of Weekly Payroll
  • Ensuring Cashbook transactions are posted prior to month end
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Petty Cash
  • Barclaycard Expenses
  • Running of month end reports
  • Maintaining and tidying up of the Fixed Asset Register
  • Drafting of the management accounts
  • Revenue Reporting
  • Prepare monthly KPI's
  • Regular meetings with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
  • Assist the finance manager in conducting the stock take and reporting the results as and when required by the business
  • Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Company.
  • Implement correct processes and procedures where required
  • Assist the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger Clerks when required

THE CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:


  • Currently studying towards ACCA/CIMA or later stages of AAT
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Some Experience in month end responsibilities and management accounts/ working with stakeholders.
