Commercial Property Lawyer Locum Full time 3 month rolling contract £40-55 per hour (based on experience) Are you a skilled Property Lawyer with strong commercial experience looking for a locum role within a well-regarded local authority? If so, pleaseget in touch Our client is looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, FILEX or equivalent, ideally with local government experience but they are open to considering other sectors with transferrable skills.

You will have experience providing professionallegal advice on all aspects of property related development work.

The responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:

To specialise in the following areas: Commercial Property, Landlord and Tenant, and Regeneration work
To participate inthe provision of a comprehensive legal service to the Council and other client departments as may be required
To advise on routine Local Government issues, complex matters and other legal developments relevant to the service
