    *Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Drama Teacher to join our team in Doncaster. As a Drama Teacher, you will inspire and engage students through the exploration of theatrical arts, fostering creativity, confidence, and teamwork.     *Responsibilities:
    • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive drama lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students
    • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to express themselves creatively
    • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of drama
    • Encourage student participation in extracurricular drama activities, such as school productions and drama clubs
    • Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' progress and performance, ensuring continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to coordinate drama-related events and initiatives
    • Stay informed about current trends and developments in drama education and incorporate relevant content into lessons
    *Requirements:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Drama Education
    • Previous experience teaching drama at secondary school level is highly desirable
    • A passion for drama and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate students
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons
