- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in facilities management, property management, retail, and public sectors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the relationship lifecycle.
- Analyze existing contracts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling compliance and certification services to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and technical staff to ensure seamless execution of client projects and timely delivery of services.
- Proactively identify potential risks or challenges within client accounts and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring long-term retention and loyalty.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance, including revenue growth, client satisfaction levels, and any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in account management is essential
- Any experience of account managing relationships at facilities management or property management clients is desirable
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements is advantageous

The Role
Aspion are proud to lead the search for an Account Manager. The focus of this role will be to manage key relationships with major facilities management, retail, commercial and engineering companies to retain and nurture their accounts. The role involves building relationships acting as the key internal point of contact, contract analysis and development and the long-term successful retention of your portfolio.
