Solutions Consultant to join our Genesys team.

We look for people with the right cultural fit having what it takes to drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities:

Advanced end to end technical design of Genesys delivery projects including technical workshop delivery, technical requirements capture, authoring and sign off handling of technical design specification documentation.
Solution configuration of Genesys environments, this may be based on your own design or as a result of a handover from a colleague's design phase.
Development and execution of standardised system, integration and E2E testing to ensure technical adherence of the system to design.
Supporting customers either remotely or onsite during the User Acceptance Testing phase of the project. Providing functional advice, knowledge transfer and implementing configuration fixes or workarounds to raised UAT defects.
Supporting the customer either remotely or onsite during the project go live phase. Ensuring a smooth and issue free introduction to the customer's live use of their new Sabio delivered Genesys solution.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

3+ years Genesys Consultant work experience in Design, Implementation and Support of Genesys solutions.
Proven track record of delivering complex contact centre solutions across all contact channels
Experience in delivering interaction flows using the Genesys Cloud Architect tool.
Working towards or completed Genesys Cloud Professional certification.
Experience working in some of the following areas, VOIP, SIP, Messaging, Carrier Infrastructure, networking, and security.
Good understanding of cloud architecture such as AWS and Google Cloud Micro Services
Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write efficient queries.
Proven problemsolving ability in respect to devising and implementing solutions to complex business problems.
