Jameson Legal attended a briefing at the office of one of our clients, a mid-sized City firm, with whom we work particularly closely.
We have direct instructions on two new roles in the market-leading Regeneration and Development Sales team, which sits within the larger Real Estate practice in London.
The team acts for a number of the most high-profile national housebuilders, developers and promoters, specialising in advising developers and home builders on all aspects of residential and mixed-use development and regeneration schemes. Experience required for this role includes drafting and negotiating conditional and unconditional contracts, development agreements, overage agreements, option agreements, security and transfer documentation, associated planning and infrastructure agreements.
