    Advising on the Tech/Digital and IP aspects of M&A, disposals, and joint ventures
    Advising on a wide range of intellectual property disputes and litigation, including complex patent actions, trade mark issues, passing off, copyright, database rights, design rights, and breach of confidence claims
    Advising on the full range of sourcing arrangements – from technology outsourcings, including infrastructure, desktop, application, and application support
    Advising on the development, deployment, and regulation of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and smart contracts
    Possesses 1-5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in technology, digital media, and/or intellectual property law
    Holds a strong academic record and is qualified to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
    Demonstrates a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape related to technology, digital media, and data protection
    Exhibits excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both clients and team members
    Shows a commitment to professional development and staying current with industry trends and legal updates
