Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Service Coordinator to work with a Hospital Team to support discharges. The pay for this role is £15.54 via Umbrella.

The role:

Key Responsibilities:

To manage short term demand to source venues, recruit staff teams, sources resources and set up groups for disabled young people across the county.
Carry out assessments, work with families and build teams of staff to manage the groups and ensure high quality of support provided for young people.

Qualifications: N/A.

Experience: 2+ years working in a similar role.

Compliance: Recent DBS check.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
