- Read and interpret Electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Install and connect wiring, cables, and electrical components.
- Use of hand tools to assemble electrical components.
- Test assembled products for functionality and quality assurance.
- Soldering of mechanical/electrical components including LED boards
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field
- Strong knowledge of hand tools in electrical assembly
- Ability to solder.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.

Our client is a well-established and expanding manufacturing company, servicing a wide range of industries, including Defence, Rail, and Oil & Gas Sectors (ATEX).
They specialise in the design, engineering, manufacture, project management and installation of electrical and electronic equipment for marine vessels and submarines including specialist lights, lighting and switchgear.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Production Manager and as part of the Assembly team, you will be responsible for mechanical assembly for all products in the company catalogue ranging from general light fittings to control & distribution panels supplied to various customers in the defence industry.

Monday – Thursday 07:30 – 16:00
Friday – 07:30 – 12:30
