General Description of Duties & Responsibilities:

Conducting effective initial assessment and using this information to deliver individualised programmes to meet the needs of your learners
Writing, developing and sourcing new materials to enhance learning materials to the planned developing curriculum.
Creating effective plans for programme delivery (ILPs, Assessment plans, Schemes of Work, Session plans, tracking blended learning and progression through an online platform)
Supporting learners to progress through their programme and onto higher level/alternative programmes (or work if employability programme)
Keeping paperwork, electronic and learner records accurate and up to date (ILPs, registers, funding paperwork, reviews, action plans)
Supporting and adhering to the quality assurance (QA) procedures when required (either through peer assessments or responding positively to internal quality improvement requirements)
Liaising with IQAs promptly and taking actions when required
Attending staff meetings (including standardisation meetings arranged by IQA)
Supporting eVolve your future gain/maintain accreditation with quality frameworks and awarding bodies and take part in any staff and standardisation meetings
Identifying and gathering case studies on regular basis
Maintain accurate records of all activity
Maintaining up to date CV and CPD log
Supporting senior management team as and when required

Any other duties appropriate to this level of role to support the smooth operation of the business

**Person Specification is essential for you to have: - **- held a similar role in a similar industry environment with experience of delivering Employability including Self Employment, Functional Skills in English Maths and IT tutoring
- the ability to work with a wide range of people and communicate at all levels
- experience of developing learners with support needs
- strong verbal and written skills, including presentation skills
- a good team player attitude and contribute to discussion and make improvements
- excellent ICT skills and be able to utilise information learning technologies (ILTs) within your delivery
- have experience to deliver classes online via Teams or similar platform
- effective time management methods, excellent organisational and planning skills in order to meet deadlines and targets
- the ability to work on a variety of programmes from entry Level 1 up to Level 2 ensuring that these are delivered within scope, time and budget.
- a personal pride in your work, take ownership and responsibility for personal actions/contribution and projects.

Role/Technical Requirements:

Level 2 English, Maths and ICT
Essential
Level 3 (or above) Training/ teaching qualification (minimum Level 3 PTLLS; Level 3 Award in Education and Training) essential
Level 4 (or above) Teaching qualification desirable
Level 3 Assessing Qualification (e.g. CAVA Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement; A1; D32/D33) desirable
Level 3 (or above) Advice and Guidance desirable
Currently holds DBS security clearance (or agreeable and eligible to obtain required level of DBS).
Regular travel to eVolve sites and/or workplace will be a requirement of the role.
Hold a full and valid UK / EU Drivers License and has own vehicle.
