- Sorting, counting, and
recording of all linen to ensure sufficient stock is available. - Washing and ironing in-house
laundry, including kitchen uniforms and clothes, as well as bed and bath
linens. - Checking all laundry in and
out, ensuring all documentation is checked and completed as necessary. - Assisting the Housekeepers by
stripping the beds and removing the bed and bath linens from the guest bedrooms
and placing the required clean linens in the guest bedrooms. - Cleaning and maintaining the
laundry room, including machinery, cupboard and shelving. - Carrying out periodic
cleaning duties as outlined in the assigned checklists. - Ensuring that all linen
trolleys, cupboards and all items pertaining to guest service are stocked as
required. - Assisting in the moving of
furniture, beds, and cots, as required. - Willingness to learn and grow.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication
skills. - An understanding of Health & Safety
and COSHH. - A willingness to work to the high
