    Vacancy
    for Butler/ Front of House Porter

    The
    Address Glasgow offer 95 stylish bedrooms, a new destination Restaurant and Bar
    and Wellness facilities.

    This
    is a great opportunity to join our fun and enthusiastic Front Office team.

    Summary of Duties

    You
    will be responsible for serving and assisting guests and customers, ensuring
    that the highest standard of customer service is always maintained.

    ·
    Greet guests on arrival, assist with luggage and escort guests to
    their rooms.

    ·
    Assist the Reception team with checking in arrivals onto the hotel
    software system following standards of procedure.

    ·
    Ensure that guest preferences and requirements are communicated to
    the relevant departments, updating the hotel software with the necessary
    information.

    ·
    Follow through on guest requests ensuring satisfactory completion.

    ·
    Assist with guests' requests and liaise with respective
    departments: laundry, wake-up call, lunch/dinner bookings, concierge and any
    special requests etc.

    ·
    Assist the Food & Beverage team with breakfast, lunch, dinner
    and event service as required, keeping dining areas clean and tidy.

    ·
    Assist the Housekeeping team in cleaning public areas and guest
    rooms.

    ·
    Assist with checkout as required in an efficient manner, helping
    with luggage transportation arrangements.

    ·
    Arrive promptly on duty as scheduled in a full, clean &
    presentable uniform at all times in accordance with company grooming policy.

    ·
    Comply with company regulations regarding, fire, health and
    safety, hygiene, customer care and security.

    Comply with any other reasonable request from
    management

    Desirable:

    ·
    Previous Hotel front of house experience

    ·
    Good IT knowledge

    This role
    will include long periods of standing and walking and occasional heavy lifting.

    Possible of
    industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals are involved (full training will
    be given)

    Adherence
    to health and safety procedures and processes at all times.

    Reception, Nights, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Maintenance.
