About the apprenticeship
Duties
•Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
•Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
•Recording and filing cash transactions.
•Purchase ledger Invoice processing and filing.
•Undertaking purchase ledger reconciliations.
•Helping to process and pay Wages.
Additional information
We are seeking to appoint an Apprentice Accounts Assistant to work in our Head office in Llansamlet to join our small finance team where the workload is growing considerably. Our main focus is to ensure all financial information is entered on the system promptly and accurately to enable timely reporting. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving queries. You will support the existing accounts team with business accounting activities.Requirements
