    The Role


    • They are looking for a Client Manager to join their young and dynamic sales team. Utilising their growing portfolio of media assets, the successful candidate will be tasked with generating revenue from some of the largest media buying agencies in the UK.

    • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated and proactive with a firm desire to succeed. Ingenuity is at the heart of what they do, so there is plenty of scope for creativity.

    Desired Personal Attributes & Skills


    • High energy levels – 'sales hungry' with an upbeat and positive attitude.

    • 1-2 years + experience in advertising, Out of Home (OOH) or media agency preferable, but not essential.

    • Big personality – confident at face to face, on the phone and online meetings

    • Personable, a natural relationship builder and a team player.

    • A 'hunter farmer' mentality – able to win new business and account manage.

    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail is a must.

    Job Specification


    • Reach (and exceed) individual and group sales targets.

    • Able to win new business from your agencies and clients; to maintain and develop existing relationships.

    • Able to demonstrate 'added value' to the business from representing your agency and client patch; contribute to company goals, promoting all products and cross selling environments.

    • Generate a required number of face-to-face meetings post training and induction.

    • Actively participate in sales meetings and subsequent team activities.

    • Work effectively with other departments within the business.

    • Ensure that all administration is in line with company policy and procedure.

    • Always represent the company in a professional manner; some flexibility in hours may be required (i.e. for client entertaining) due to the nature of the role.
