    Job Summary:

    As the Commercialisation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our company's two main products in the UK, US, and Indian markets. This part-time role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in commercialisation within the medtech sector. You will be responsible for devising and implementing effective strategies to penetrate target markets, acquire paying customers, and achieve revenue targets by the end of this year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive commercialisation strategies for our products in the UK, US, and Indian markets.
    • Identify key market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Use existing relationships and network to identify, establish and expand business engagements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, distributors, and regulatory bodies in target markets.
    • Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer needs and product features.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to continuously refine commercialisation strategies.
    • Drive lead generation and conversion activities through targeted marketing campaigns, networking events, and trade shows.
    • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential customers to secure partnerships and drive revenue growth.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and market trends to senior management.
    • Travel to target markets as needed to establish and nurture relationships with customers and partners.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercialisation plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in commercialisation, business development, or sales
    • within the biotech, medtech or medical device industries.
    • Proven track record of successfully commercializing products in international markets,
    • preferably in the UK, US, and India
    • Existing relationships and network within the sector
    • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and market dynamics in
    • target regions
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Willingness to travel to foreign markets as required
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
