Freelance Contracts / Project Manager

RATE:
£280 Per Day

JOBSPEC:

4 storey 1950's building. Strip out already completed. Top two floors to be converted to residential flats. Ground floor will be converted to a coffee shop/café environment. Ceramics workshop classroom will be fitted in the basement

REQUIREMENTS:

Contract/Project manager experience, IT literate, able to produce reports, someone who can read and run a program, Good communicator, Experience within restaurant fit out sector.
