    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and supporting their educational journey.

    While previous experience of working with children is desired, it is not essential, making this an ideal role for those looking to start their career in education.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across various primary year groups and subjects.
    Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance with their learning or social-emotional development.
    Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
    Support the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies as directed by classroom teachers.
    Assist with the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and resources to enhance teaching and learning.
    Collaborate with colleagues and parents to promote a positive and inclusive school environment

    Requirements:
    Minimum of Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
    Previous experience of working with children, while desired, is not essential.
    Enthusiasm for working with young learners and a genuine passion for education.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to the school community.
    Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
    Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to undergo a check prior to employment
