    Compassionate Foster Carers Wanted – Make a Difference in a Child's Life

    As a Foster Carer, you will play a crucial role in providing a stable and loving home for children who are unable to live with their birth families. By opening your heard and home, you will give these children the opportunity to thrive, grow and experience the love and care they deserve.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children in your care
    • Promote the physical, emotional, and educational development of the children
    • Encourage positive relationships and support children's connections with their birth families
    • Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child
    • Maintain accurate records and report on the progress and well-being of children
    Requirements
    • Genuine passion for improving the lives of children
    • Ability to create a warm, caring, and stable environment
    • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate different age groups and needs
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Resilience and the ability to manage changing situations
    • Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting
