The role


London Stansted Airport is growing and we are looking for an Airport Marketing Lead-Retail to lead the direction and strategy of our retail marketing programme.

If you are an experienced marketing/senior marketing manager this could be the role for you.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with a broad range of retail, food & beverage, and commercial partners (including World Duty Free, Lego, JD Sports, itsu and JD Wetherspoon)
  • All aspects of physical and digital marketing
  • Working alongside and effectively communicating with wider business partners and stakeholders to align common commercial objectives
  • Delivering campaigns to drive the annual business plan
  • Delivering major omnichannel seasonal campaigns
  • Setting the CRM strategy for retail preawareness
  • Running various terminal events with commercial partners

  • 4 years experience in planning and executing multichannel retail marketing campaigns
  • Passionate and positive leadership style
  • The ability to built longterm and constructive relationships with commercial partners, colleagues and other stakeholders

  • Commercially focused mindset
  • Detail orientated
  • The ability to drive changes and improvements, bringing others along with you on that journey
