Corporate Solicitor (Partner), 10+ PQE – Birmingham – Forward thinking and progressive firm are seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor at the senior level to complement and support their ongoing ambitious growth plans. THE ROLE:

Top 200 law firm is keen to grow their corporate offerings in the Birmingham area through the appointment of a skilled and talented Corporate Solicitor. Keen to appoint a Partner to complement their existing offerings. The appointed Corporate Solicitor will possess the ability to manage their own caseload of matters as well as work closely with the firm's other departments to build and develop new and previous client relationships. The appointed Corporate Partner will be responsible for building and developing a corporate caseload / team. You will be expected to contribute to the ambitious and strategic growth plans through business development and networking in the Birmingham market.

THE CANDIDATE:

The Corporate Solicitor will have excellent academics and possess a strong reputation within this area of law. They should have had at least 10 years of experience and will have an excellent technical ability covering the broad spectrum of corporate law. The ideal Senior Associate / Partner should be able to demonstrate excellent business acumen as well as being able to think in a strategic and operational way. This exceptional opportunity would be ideal for an experienced individual, who is keen to take their career to the next level and assist in helping to drive a business forward and continue to develop their reputation as a leading expert within corporate law. The appointed Corporate Solicitor should have a strong network of contacts who are likely to instruct you on future matters.
