    Business Development Manager – East Anglia

    Location: East Anglia

    Salary: £30,000 to £45,000 (OTE in year 1)

    One of the UK's leading property auction businesses is looking for an experienced property professional to join them as a Business Development Manager covering East Anglia. You will be responsible for an existing patch in East Anglia, onboarding new clients, and nurturing relationships with existing partner agents across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.

    What's in it for you

    • £30,000 basic salary PLUS commission (OTEs circa £45,000 in year 1)

    • 4 weeks annual leave (rising to 5 weeks after 2 years of service)
    • 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday

    What you'll be doing

    • Onboarding new partner agents
    • Nurturing relationships with existing partner agents, maximizing opportunities for increased revenue
    • Identifying and extracting potential auction stock from your partner agents' stock
    • Managing your own diary to drive results

    What you will have:

    • Extensive experience in the property industry – ideally at Valuer or Branch Manager level
    • Experience in property auction is desirable
    • A proven track record in generating new business
    • Ability to cold-call (both face-to-face and via telephone)
    • Excellent relationship building skills
