- To undertake planned and reactive maintenance works across the site.
- Electrical maintenance works
- Duties will include fabric works, mechanical maintenance, plant maintenance, building checks etc
- Managing permits on site for other engineers/sub contractors
- Liaising and communicating with the client.
- You will be an experienced all round building maintenance engineer able to carry out all round fabric works on site
- The role is static working on a large corporate new build office building so you must be happy with a static role
- You will be electrically qualified - Level 2 and 17th minimum
- You will have excellent communication and client facing skills - required to have constant communication with the client who is based on site
- Salary £40,000 - £42,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday flexible to work 7am - 4pm/8am - 5pm
- 25 days annual leave plus birthday off and bank holidays

We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide. This role will be working on a static site in Reading (RG1) carrying out an electrically biased all round site maintenance role.
