An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our building division based in Oxfordshire. The role offers an excellent package with opportunity to progress.Finders Keepers is a letting agent built on its exceptional knowledge and expertiseand Bricks and Mortar are a vital support to their property management teams across 8 offices.
You will be given autonomy to manage various projects with the appropriate level of guidance needed, dependent on your experience.
The role provides a balance between working in various offices (primarily Oxford and Witney), attending external meetings andcompleting the administration that comes with each project.

Key responsibilities include- Prepare specifications, obtain quotes and negotiate contracts
- Provide estimates, follow up and manage projects through to completion (meeting deadlines and budget constraints)
- Contribute positively towards income targets
- Promote Bricks and Mortar across all Finders Keepers offices
- Promote the business externally
- Recruit and nurture contractors
- Manage relationships with contractors
- Snag projects and provide feedback
- Attend networking events
- Complete administration tasks as required
- Ensure you are up to date with current trends and styles
- Work seamlessly with internal divisions and teams
- Management of own diary whilst considering the team
- Spot and nurture new business opportunities
- Advise clients accordingly
- Project management in building industry
- Ability to meet deadlines, efficient
