Description
CK Group are recruiting for Toxicology Technical Specialists to join a forensic testing organisation based in Warrington on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will work within the Toxicology Research and Development Team to carry out method development and validation projects under the guidance of the R&D Lead Analytical Toxicologist.
Your main duties will be:
Development, validation, and implementation of new methods, in line with ISO and the Forensic Science Regulator's Codes of Practice & Conduct.
Technical evaluation and refinement of existing processes and development of more efficient and robust methods.
Support investigations into Quality Control trends when required.
Advising on and carrying out quality investigations.
Delivering training to Toxicology analytical team when required.
Your Background:
The ideal candidate for this role will have an:Method development and validation experience with LC-MS instrumentation. Experience of QTOF-MS would be a bonus.
A thorough understanding of good laboratory practice.
Technically minded and the ability to problem solve effectively.
Familiarity with AB Sciex, Thermo and/or Waters equipmentApply:
