    What you'll be doing to make a difference:

  • Manage and analyze our contracts with our customers and subcontractors, and provide contractual guidance to the project team;
  • Identify and strategize situations that could lead to contractual disruptions, to anticipate potential additional costs or delays in the course of the projects;
  • Advise the project team, proactively and upon request, about the liabilities and risks associated with such disruptions, and propose possible preventive or corrective measures;
  • Support our Commercial Project Managers and Project Managers in assessing the basis of our claims, and draft notices, amendments, settlement agreements etc. in cooperation with the project management team as well as our Procurement, Legal and Insurance Departments;
  • Analyze and report our claims, effectively communicate the resulting "lessons learned" within the company.
  • Managing claims against or from customers and suppliers, with support from contract management and legal
  • Active Negotiation and support in meetings with supplier and customers
  • To succeed you will have the following:

  • Masters Degree in business administration, law, engineering or similar
  • Practical experience in contracts and/or claims management, or similar background
  • You have an analytical mind, are solution-oriented and organized;
  • You have a strong interest in complex, technical issues and have a good eye for details, and excellent redaction and communication skills;
  • You are not afraid to give your opinion in a candid manner, take initiatives and stand your ground;
  • You enjoy working in an international, multicultural team;
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
