About Our Client:

This business are a successful global business who are quickly becoming one if the most customer centric in their sector.

This role is a permanent, Monday to Friday role based in Latham.

This business are looking for a strong customer centric advisor to be on hand to support with any queries or administrative tasks that clients require throughout the duration of their life-cycle, from order to delivery.

This role will include everything based around the Customer Service function, to name a few;
Day to day this role will spot trends on customer resolutions, customer demands and present ideas internally
Consistently manage communication numbers to ensure customers are responded to within SLA's, identify risk factors and manage strategies to ensure the customers are responded to swiftly
Attend leadership meetings on behalf of the Customer Service team

The Successful Applicant:

A brilliant customer service agent who is keen to be involved in a global products based business, you'll have a strong track record of query resolution and be comfortable in a contact centre style environment
Experience working in order management would be beneficial but not essential
An expert in customer services and have managed communication channels both digitally and telephone
Happy to be office based full time
Excellent technical skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and can be customer facing when needed
