Description

We are currently looking for an Admission Officer to join our busy team in Hatfield.

Contract Type:
Full Time, Permanent

Admission Officer Duties:

Arrange and conduct student interviews.
Support visa documentation and verification processes.
Support CAS issuance alongside the Admissions Manager and colleagues at HIC University.
Communicate effectively with education agents, students and Source Country Offices.
Support the admissions and recruitment function to continuously improve its delivery of efficient service in relation to assessment, offer letter turnaround, issuance of Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CASs) and other followup work through andwith colleagues.
Develop excellent University Partner (UP) engagement, via connections and working relationships with UP admission and compliance teams.
Support the development and implementation of effective agent training and outreach.

Admission Officer Requirements:

Tertiary Level education or possess related sector qualifications/training
Excellent understanding of frontline customer relationship management
Proven ability as a 'team player'
Proven ability to organise own workload and to cope with a variety of task demands
Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of student and administrative activities
Creative thinking processes
Commitment to selfimprovement
Experience in Further/Higher Education customer services focused environment
Good understanding of Higher Education admission processes
Administrative and compliance knowledge and experience related to student visas
Knowledge of UNITe system
Experience of working in an International admissions education setting
Frontline customer relationship management to multicultural client base
An effective knowledge of university pathway programmes
Knowledge of CRM systems
