- Provide 3rd line support across multiple technologies, including desktop, unified communications, networking, Citrix, and meeting room technology (AVVC).
- Investigate and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring efficient operation and service excellence.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues and stakeholders to implement project requirements and enhance services.
- Create and maintain knowledge documents, change requests, and processes and procedures.
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
- In-depth technical knowledge of modern workplace solutions, including M365, email technologies, print solutions, and security processes.
- Experience with Citrix, Azure services, and meeting room technology.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work independently.
- Technical depth and breadth across multiple areas of IT.
- This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position, with the potential for extension.
- Pension: 10% non-contributory pension.
