    As our Sales Compliance Team Manager (French-speaking), you will be responsible for
    overseeing and managing sales compliance and processes in alignment with supplier criteria.
    adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. You will develop, implement, and maintain compliance processes and conduct regular monitoring to mitigate any risks to the business.
    Overseeing and managing French sales compliance and processes.
    Leading the sales compliance team to ensure high performance and adherence to compliance standards.
    Liaising with sales agents, team managers, and senior stakeholders as required.
    Providing guidance, support, and regular training to colleagues to enhance their understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies.

    Ensuring that sales agents and managers are aware of and comply with all relevant policies and procedures through effective communication and training initiatives.

    Conducting risk assessments, investigations, and compliance reviews to identify potential compliance gaps and areas for improvement.

    Developing, reviewing, and updating sales compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

    Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of compliance-related activities, including policies, procedures, training materials, audit findings, and corrective actions.
    Ensuring that all compliance documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date in accordance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
    Performing any ad hoc duties deemed fit and appropriate in line with the
