To £26,000 per annum - Hybrid working (3 days office based) - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm - 23 days holiday increasing to 25 after 1 year - Life Assurance


Industry leading Stevenage based construction organisation have a new opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the Project Management and Internal Sales teams and ensure delivery of projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.


Project Coordinator - Job Overview

  • Processing projects from order stage through to procurement and invoicing
  • Uploading of equipment onto service software
  • Working closely with Project and Key Account Managers
  • Organising of Pre & Post-Handover meetings
  • Ensuring Project Trackers are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Liaising with Supply Chain to ensure timely deliveries are in line with Project schedule
  • Keeping clients informed of expected delivery and installation dates
  • Creation of Operation and Maintenance manuals to a specification requested by the Project Manager
  • Updating Engineers diaries with the relevant Project and installation details
  • Answering incoming reception and Project Support Calls
  • Greeting of visitors where required.

Project Coordinator - Required Skills and Experience

  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage relationships internally and externally with stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel

Project Coordinator - Benefits Offered

  • Up to £26,000 per annum
  • 30am 5.00pm Monday to Friday
  • 23 days holiday increasing to 25 after 1 years' service
