    Description
    Retrofit Assessor Job in London / Remote Working

    Retrofit Assessor job based in London / Remote Working, visiting sites in mainly London and The South East for a growing multidisciplinary consultancy.

    The role will be carrying our Retrofit Assessments on affordable housing buildings on behalf of their Local Authority and Housing Association clients.

    Offering a salary of up to £35,000 + Discretionary Bonus. The consultancy offers a multitude of services including project management, building surveying, cost consultancy, design management and Fire Safety.

    Specialising in residential, affordable housing, major regeneration, new build and remedial projects for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Private Developers.

    Undertake retrofit assessment surveys

    • Produce energy performance reports and energy performance certificates
    • Project manage where applicable other consultants on behalf of client
    • Experienced in retrofit assessments for the residential housing sector
    • Ability to travel across London and The South East and sometimes further afield across England.
