About the company
One of the world's largest financial groups is looking for an experienced 1st line support engineer who is ready to take the next step in their career to join their ever growing team.
They are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and is able to takeinitiative.Responsibilities:
- Maintain the log and update service tickets with detailed information.
- Report to line manager / supervisor with incident progress.
- To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house.
- Active Directory administration as well as Audio and IT system testing.
- Provide occasional onsite troubleshooting or installation of IT systems and services.
- Assist with inhouse product and system builds.
- 23 years IT Support/1st Line experience
- Active Directory and NTFS security
- Experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, SCCM build automation and with Apple mobile phone configuration
- Troubleshooting and administration skills for laptops (HP), desktops, iOS phones, printers, Microsoft Windows (Windows 10), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong personal timemanagement with good prioritisation skills
