    About the role

    This position is a 12-month fixed term contract for a paralegal to join a small but impactful in-house legal team based in London, with potential to go permanent afterwards.

    This role will be supporting the Head of Legal and Company Secretary on a mixture of project work, commercial contracts review, administrative work and other legal orientated tasks. This is a highly exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their paralegal experience within a financial services setting, gaining exposure to related funds documentation including LPAs and PPAs; working closely with investor solutions on fund structuring; and working and training with external counsel.

    Who are you?

    • The ideal candidate will at least 2 years' previous paralegal experience.
    • The right attitude – self starter and willingness to ask questions to learn and develop their skills.
    • Experience with administrative and contract review tasks in a Legal Department.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, diary management skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong computer skills and experience using MS Office tools (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) are essential.
    • Demonstrated experience working in a multifaceted shareholder structure across various business units, showcasing the ability to cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external shareholders.
