The opportunity

As wavespace grows, we are looking for top talent to help support, enhance and scale our way of working as well as bring creative business sensibilities to a design-thinking focused environment.

Your key responsibilities

In wavespace Operations, you'll collaborate with a wide-ranging set of stakeholders within wavespace, across the broader EY community, and externally with clients, developing and implementing strategy and process improvements that positively impact the overall business.

Help support the wavespace mission and priorities forward through local and network connections
Communicate operational trends to the broader team for consideration
Report on budget and sales pipeline along with other metrics
Identify opportunities for operational improvement
Facilitate operationsrelated change management
Coordinate with Facilities Management to ensure that frontofhouse/bookings/ cleaning/catering are managed smoothly

Skills and attributes for success
This is a high-energy role with many moving parts.

To qualify you must have

Consulting experience
Previous work in a complex business environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational skills
Keen eye for process improvement and longterm planning

Ideally, you'll also have

Exposure to design thinking methodology
Business degree or equivalent professional experience
