    Description

    Title: Administrator

    Type: Temporary (approx. 6-12 weeks)

    Start Date: ASAP

    Hours: 35 per week (Monday – Friday 9-5)

    Location: Invergordon

    Salary: £ £13.50 per hour

    Details:

    Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 6 weeks with the potential for longer term employment. This is a varied role and duties include:

    • Contacting tenants to advise them of support available to them through Funds.
    • Take details from tenants to enable transfers of funds to bank account or transfer of vouchers.
    • Signpost tenants to other sources or take details and refer tenants to the Tenancy Sustainment Team where the need for further assistance is required.
    • Maintain accurate records of telephone calls and details provided by tenants in Excel.
    • Liaise with other property team members to facilitate transfer of funds and or provision of vouchers.
    • Administer issuing of vouchers where required.
    • General administrative tasks using Excel and various in house systems.
    • Creating contact lists for customer surveys to evaluate the benefit of assistance provided.
    • Other general administration as required.

    Person specification

    • Strong administrative and customer service skills.
    • Polite and professional manner.
    • IT skills including MS Office.
    • Ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
    • Well organised and able to manage a varied workload.
    • Flexible and adaptable.
