Finance Manager (Recording Studio, theatre and Head office)
- up to £60k per annum

Guildford based

A well known specialist Education Provider, with a clear vision on bridging the gap between non formal and formal education.

This is a well respected and established Finance team who strive for the best and constantly push themselves to solve complex issues with creative solutions.

As the Finance Manager you will be fully qualified, have very strong excel and technical skills in accounting.

You will have a chance to be involved with analytical work, end of year accounts, reviewing payroll and a wonderful opportunity to work alongsidethe Head of Finance and Financial Controller.

Some of the main responsibilities

Monthly reporting and variance analysis for the recording studio, theatre and head office companies, including
P&L, cashflow and balance sheet reconciliations
Development of a monthly scorecard showing KPIs against budget
Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
Preparation of year end audit schedules and liaison with the auditors
Accounting and monitoring of grant expenditure
Reviewing new contracts and providing summary of key points
Maintenance of contract register
Calculation of commissions and review of payroll for the relevant entities
VAT reporting
Development and documentation of internal financial controls, systems and processes
Support the Head of Finance and Group Financial Controller with ad hoc tasks as required.

To be considered for the role you must have
ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification
Strong technical Accounting skills, an excel test will be part of the interview
