    Please be aware this will be a full-time role on an 11 Month Fixed Term Contract

    Description of the Business Line or Department

    The candidate will join the Global Markets Product Marketing in the UK, part of the Sales Department, within the Global Markets Division of SGCIB. The marketing team works closely with the various sales and structuring teams to drive the growth of our derivatives and structured products franchise and is in charge to deliver key product marketing content for sales.

    Summary of the key purposes of the role

    We are looking for motivated people with a passion for derivatives and structured products who can help the other team members lead complex projects and translate the complex into simple, concise messages

    · Assisting the team in marketing our range of cross-asset investment and hedging solutions to Distribution clients (Private Banks, Wealth Managers, Discretionary Fund Managers, Brokers, IFAs, etc) across UK, Ireland, CEEMEA and Scandinavia regions

    · Create marketing literature for investment products to support Societe Generale's commercial priorities

    · Produce insightful analysis and content for key investment themes to support our range of investment and hedging products

    · Providing sales with market trend analysis and competitive watch to support the commercial effort

    · Ensuring correct regulatory standards alongside compliance and legal teams

    Summary of Responsibilities

    · Designing, developing and producing detailed commercial presentations and other marketing materials for distribution to clients

    · Marketing our range of thematic indices via the creation and design of emails, presentations and videos

    · Providing a high-quality service to clients in order to improve their experience and knowledge of our products and services using a variety of media channels: webinars, web pages, videos, newsletters

    · Producing detailed analysis of structured products' past performances

    · Good knowledge of SG research publication and of market news and ability to summarise it in marketing presentations

    · Ability to work with Bloomberg and other databases

    · Ability to learn quickly and implement new digital tools (video editing, website management, marketing newsletters)

    Profile required

    Competencies

    · Strong commercial market awareness, client acumen and intellectual curiosity

    · Driven, organised, self-motivated individual with ability to own and execute on a range of initiatives at once

    · Financial markets & derivatives knowledge is a plus

    · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (power point, excel, VBA or Phyton desirable)

    · Excellent command in spoken & written English (all presentations, brochures are written in English)
