We are recruiting for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join a luxury skincare brand
As Senior Ecommerce Manager you will set and lead the strategy for the UK website.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team, supporting them to execute growth plans and ensure the website is the best in class.

You will be anenthusiastic and proactive individual with a positive and entrepreneurial spirit.


Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Lead the Ecommerce strategy to meet ambitious growth objectives.
  • Implement and lead trading plans and marketing activity across the UK site
  • Ensure effective strategies, promotions and campaigns are in place
  • Manage daytoday ecommerce operations within the SFCC platform.
  • Manage digital design briefing
  • Manage all sales, stock and digital media budget & forecasting.
  • Manage, track and implement strategies to ensure we are meeting our performance metrics across traffic, AOV, CVR, & Bounce Rates.
  • Manage onsite endtoend customer journey, ensuring we provide a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Work closely and collaborate with the Global eCommerce, inhouse customer service, marketing, operations and finance teams.
  • Drive improvements and best practise across our sites and digital team by working with the development agency to support site development
  • Monitor product performance & onsite trends, taking relevant actions from data to maximize sales while leveraging digital marketing, product merchandising, trading plans and content.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Proactive, entrepreneurial personality.
  • Highly commercial, with a proven ability to deliver impressive sales growth
  • Experience and strong understanding of SFCC, Facebook ads manager, Google Ads Manager and GoogleAnalytics.
  • Strong influencer; can lead and inspire others.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external teams
  • Strategic mindset. Can translate and drive brand vision digitally.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with strong Excel and PowerPoint experience
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for Digital, continuously seeking new opportunities and at the forefront of the everchanging digital landscape.
  • Prestige Beauty experience is preferable, but not essential
