About the team:

The Mortgage Product and Proposition team designs and launches all the mortgages products offered by the Group.

This is a brand new opportunity for a Product Manager to join our growing team in Wolverhampton.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and continued profitability of the business by ensuring pricing is aligned to key business targets for the Precise Mortgages, KRFI and InterBay Commercial brands.

Your responsibilities will include

Being the contact for day to day queries across all OSB brands and lending lines, with a detailed knowledge of the Mortgage market and competitors.
Managing the product ranges ensuring the pricing for each line is set to achieve the business targets for balance growth, returns and within risk appetite.
Regularly reviewing market positioning (rate, criteria, etc.) using accessible market intelligence and research to provide summaries to the team and stakeholders to support business decisions.
Be proactive in the update of the product ranges and making recommendations as part of the decision making process.
Maintaining effective relationships with other teams to bring products to market effectively.
Play a key role in the launch of new product pricing, from design inception to delivery and sign off.

In return for your commitment:

We offer a base salary dependent on experience of up to £40,000 and a competitive benefits package.

Previous work experience in financial services sector is essential, with the Banking sector preferred
Previous experience in managing products in a fastpaced envirornment is essential
Knowledge of the UK Mortgage market and the applicable regulations are essential
