About the department:


Our Customer Contact Centre (Connect) is at the heart of all that we do; going the extra mile to manage and resolve customer issues, making sure we handle queries as quickly as possible and provide ongoing communication to help and support our customers whenever they need us.


As an apprentice Customer Advisor you will be part of a vital service with a department that works hard to provide a first-class customer experience for our residents.


Our experienced customer advisor team will support you along the way as you build your career with us, and you will have full training in the use of our systems as well as other learning and development opportunities.


Role Information:


Please note - The apprenticeship is fixed term for two years, working 35 hours per week, 9.00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

This role is exclusively office based and home working is not appropriate for this role.
This is a busy and exciting role for someone who enjoys helping others.

This role will also involve dealing with suppliers and our colleagues across the Group.


You will ideally have qualifications (GCSE's A-C or 4-9) in Maths and English or equivalent that demonstrates sound literacy and numerical skills.
