    £70,000 - £90,000 DOE

    Overview:

    Dartmouth is working with a global insurance brokerage firm on a Senior Reward Analyst position. They provide risk management, insurance, and reinsurance solutions to clients across multiple industries.

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Reward Analyst to join their HR team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and collaborating with their HR department to ensure exceptional service delivery across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. With a primary focus on partnering with underwriting HR colleagues, this role will oversee the US, Europe, and APAC population areas.

    Responsibilities:

    You will:

    • closely with underwriting HR colleagues to develop and implement reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
    • in-depth analysis of compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
    • and administer compensation and incentive programs, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • expert advice and guidance on reward-related matters to senior leadership, HR business partners, and managers.
    • with HR colleagues to review and optimize performance management processes, ensuring alignment with reward strategies.
    • and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • informed of emerging trends and best practices in reward management, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our practices and processes.

    Experience:

    You will ideally have some of the following experience:

    • experience as a reward analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
    • analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
    • understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
    • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
    • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
    • working across US, Europe, and APAC population areas.
