    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Proactively manage customer relationships and communications, provide support, and ensure clients get maximum value from the platform
    • Provide support to candidates and referees where required
    • Onboarding and training new clients
    • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upgrading/upselling services to existing customers to drive revenues and growth
    • Ad hoc administration focused projects
    • Embed the company ethos of being client-obsessed within CS, creating longterm client relationships, focussing on efficiency and accuracy, whilst always being approachable
    • Liaise with other departments regarding HubSpot and processes
    • Work with Product and Development to continue to improve the platform for candidates and clients, plus streamline CS processes
