    As a Technical Leader, your responsibility is to bridge the gap between the product vision and technical implementation, collaborating closely with other Tech Leaders, designers, and cross-functional teams


    Team Coordination and Management:
    Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between frontend web, mobile applications, and backend microservices.
    Collaborate with platform-specific experts to implement best practices and optimize performance across platforms.
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team performance and product success.
    Regularly monitor and analyze team performance against established KPIs and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    Address any issues or obstacles hindering team performance, proactively seeking solutions and support as needed.


    Forecasting and Planning:
    Utilize data-driven insights and industry trends to forecast technical needs, resource allocation, and product timelines.
    Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure that technical solutions meet legal and regulatory requirements.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and coordination during incident response, change management, and other operational activities.


    Stakeholder Management:
    Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products to identify opportunities for enhancement.

    Strong Understanding of Agile, Lean methodologies and product lifecycle management.
    Proficiency in troubleshooting network and system issues, utilizing diagnostic tools, and analysing network traffic.
    Leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
    Technical knowledge of Amazon AWS and CI/CD tools will be advantageous.
    Understanding of regulatory requirements in the Betting industry.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
