Description
We are WorkwithYork and we are working with our client to find a Customer Support Officer.

This is a full time (Monday-Friday), temporary assignment running for two months, with the opportunity to go permanent.

The role is based just outside of York City Centre.

The pay rate is £12.77 per hour.


This role involves:

  • Managing mailboxes
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls
  • Logging repairs and requests
  • Booking appointments

You will need:

  • Previous experience working on phones.
  • Good customer service skills, and be courteous and empathetic.
  • Ability to quickly build a rapport.
  • Good communication skills, excellent vocal delivery.
