    Office Manager

    The Office Manager is an integral and varied role within the business and the individual must be able to aid and support across many different areas/departments of the company. The Office Manager will also be accountable and responsible for ensuring that the office environment meets the high standards expected of the business and is welcoming for both staff and visitors.

    Due to the stage of the development the Office Manager role will cover the following areas but will not be limited to; Reception, PA/Secretarial services to the Directors, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance. This broad range of workload means requires the Office Manager to be skilled at time management and managing varied and complicated workloads.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Maintains office services by organizing office operations
      • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
    • Prepare for meetings and when required to attend meetings minuting these to support the governance structure
    • A comprehensive understanding of its business model, operations, values and client proposition
    • To engage clients that visit to ensure they have an excellent experience and want to return
    • To schedule internal and external meetings and to collaborate with the Founders to ensure these are booked as and when they want them
    • Be a brand ambassador throughout the office to ensure we are staying true to the brand values decided in the business plan
    • Support the board and directors to the upmost of their ability
    • Assisting the Marketing department with all campaigns and relative planning for these events
    • Ensure office amenities and all expenditure for office supplies is managed to a high standard and recorded for company records
    • Welcome all clients to the office and take feedback from all members of the team on how this process can be improved for future clients
    • Support all positions in the office in regard to their administration requests
    • Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the best sourcing of products for the office and to monitor expenditure on office supplies
    • Consistently upholding culture, core values, principles and attitude to compliance
