    With a significant track record of working with clients in the legal sector, our activity in this area is growing and we are now looking for a Case Management System Analyst to join the team The Case Management System Analyst will be responsible for the development of our clients' case management systems, supporting with case management system migrations and building workflows.

    This is a hybrid role involving development and business analysis, requiring collaboration with cross-functional project teams, understanding business requirements, and the implementation of innovative solutions to optimise case processing.

    Undertaking requirement gathering, collaborating with the relevant stakeholders to understand user needs, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.

    Designing and documenting solutions to meet the identified requirements, creating system architectures, data models, user interfaces, and workflow diagrams.

    Collaborating with developers to implement system changes and enhancements, writing code, configuring software, and integrating third-party tools.
    Where necessary, providing training and technical support to end-users and system administrators.
    Monitoring system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, troubleshooting issues, and optimising system configurations.
    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    Identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality, improve user experience, and increase efficiency.
    Proficiency is case management system configuration.
    Familiarity with system analysis and design methodologies.
    Experience undertaking business analysis and requirements gathering work.
    Experience developing web-based applications.
    Experience of operating within the legal sector.

    Familiarity with the ShareDo platform would be advantageous or alternatively experience of configurating a similar case management system such as Proclaim.

    Experience of operating within the legal sector.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
